In Automatic Frying System, the product is fed from one end and it comes out fried from the other end by a conveyor system and deep fried with submerged conveyor. Automatic Frying system varies with the product category like for potato chips have its unique frying system, as pellets and extruded snacks have different frying system. So according to it we have 7 different types of Automatic Frying systems for different products because each product has different input moisture level and different way of behaving with oil like lentils will sink to the bottom during frying so we have specific designs for these types of product.
By understanding such product behavior, we have divided the products into two categories, one is floating and another is non-floating. This fryer is based on edible oil circulation system, where the edible oil is heated through a suitable heat exchanger. Pneumatic hood lifting provides easy access for cleaning beneath the fryer. Over all fuel efficiency can increase up to 30 to 40 % compared to traditional systems.
Namkeen Frying Machine
Namkeen has 30 % moisture so it has also different frying system of 14 feet long because the extrusion of namkeen is takes place directly into hot oil and It has 1 minute of frying time. The extrusion machine is on the top of the fryer. It has a simple submerged belt & a takeoff belt.

Pani Puri/ Samosa/ Burger Patty/ Chicken Nuggets Frying Machine
The samosa & pani puri need to be cooked not only from top but from bottom also, so we have oil curtain frying in this, one is from top oil curtain flows and another one is from bottom so that the product cooked evenly from both sides. Samosa has 15-20 minutes frying time, while pani puri has less than 20 sec. of frying time.

Extruded Snacks Frying Machine
The pellets & kurkure has less moisture level, which is just 8-10% and have less frying time of 15-20 sec., so it has shorter length of 9-10 feet.
Potato chips Frying Machine
Potato chips have 80 % moisture level, so it will take more time which is 3 minutes during frying. With this understanding, to increase the time of frying, we have designed specific potato chips fryer which is 17-22 feet long in length.it consists of two part, one is paddling system & other is submerged system. The paddling system separates the chips and the submerged system pushes it to make it flat shape.this similar system is for banana chips also.
